Projects

I have involved in various projects during my professional and academic career.

During my career in AirTies wireless networks, I have worked in four different projects with increased importance and responsibility:

  • WPA/WPA2 encryption over WDS (mesh) links:

Mesh network is very important concept for AirTies wireless product family and like other WDS products in market, wds links can be encrypted at WEP level which is not secure at all. My first project was researching, developing and finally implementing this technology on several new AirTies wireless routers. Project lasted for 4 months.

  • Developing and Leading AirTouch Technology:

This is an AirTies patented (pending) technology which is developed by several engineers in more than a year. I first contributed this project by expanding the technology over different wireless chipset. Then I started to lead the project and secured a project fund from TTGV. We presented this technology with a press conference on February, 2010. Now over 8 AirTies products have AirTouch capability.

  • R&D Leading Air5450v3

This product was AirTies's flagship ADSL router and I was responsible both of its R&D side development and wireless specific issues. It was a great experience since I worked inter-department and followed/leaded every steps concerning R&D for a product.
